The Good Neighbor uses the details you share to handle your rental or property inquiry: name, email or WhatsApp, message and, when you complete a profile, housing preferences and dates.

Use and storage

Requests are saved in the website system and in Notion for follow-up. The TGN team may use the information to contact you and coordinate options with owners or collaborating agents in connection with your request. Do not include identity documents, banking details or sensitive information in the form.

Browsing and external services

We count page visits, form starts and WhatsApp clicks in aggregate, without analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. We respect Do Not Track. Filters are kept in your browser during the session. Campaign parameters are saved with your request to identify its source. Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap; Google Maps and WhatsApp links open external services with their own policies.
